ADEBIMPE ADEYEMI

Adeyemi Adebimpe is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 14 years of experience spanning NGOs, Security, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. She currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Dockworth Services International Limited, where she drives strategic HR initiatives that foster a high-performance organizational culture.

Adebimpe holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Lagos State University and has extensive industry experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and succession planning. Her expertise enables her to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring long-term organizational success.

Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources & Admin Manager and later Group Head, Human Resources & Administration at Cavalli Business and Investment Group, where she led HR functions across multiple subsidiaries. She successfully implemented key initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, employee training, and compliance with industry regulations.

Adebimpe is committed to continuous professional development and has participated in leadership and management programs, including a Management Programme at Lagos Business School. In June 2025, she attended the International Labour Conference organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva, deepening her engagement with global labour standards and policy dialogue.
